How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will guide you through the return authorization process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
